Summerfest Update 1
Then the second night we headed over to Talib Kweli for a very sweet set where he played some new and old songs. The Third night we saw Blues Traveler up close and personal from 3rd row center. John Popper is a beast on the harmonica. Last night we came early to get some good seats for Robert Randolph and the Family Band, and the show did not disappoint. He played a whole bunch of Michael Jackson along with a bunch of other favorites. Others in our group also went to Lupe Fiasco, which was packed.
Tonight we are going to see the Wailers and Buddy Guy, tomorrow is STS9 and Pretty Lights, and Thursday is Matisyahu. Prepare for updates about those shows as well.
In between our Summerfest trips, we took a trip to Potawatomi the other day, but were slowed down for a while because of a flipped semi truck.
We stopped in at Sonic real quick to grab some happy hour drinks, and Stas ordered two 44 ounce drinks for some reason. Sonic’s drinks are awesome though.
We went to Poto, and we both came back winners. Seeing how a push is a win at Poto and Mr. Wotomi rarely lets anyone walk out of there happy, we felt really good.
More updates to come in the near future about Summerfest and also the Ski Film Festival. We will be dropping some big MWSFF news any day now, so keep your eyes to the site.
And if you don’t feel like coming for the epic lineup of movies, come and get some of these stickers cause if you don’t I’m probably gonna just toss them in the trash….
